Finlay James Group is formed

We started our recruitment journey as a 3 person company in a 2 person office.

2014

Moved into our new HQ in Didsbury Manchester

We grew to a size where a new office was needed, and this was our new Didsbury, Manchester HQ.

2021

Global expansion begins

After years of growth and success in the UK, we took our next big step — expanding Finlay James to international markets. With new offices, global partnerships, and clients around the world, our recruitment journey truly became global.
